Obituary for Lee R Zoubek
Lee Zoubek passed away in his sleep Aug. 14 at Greenwich Hospital after a prolonged illness.
Lee,, son of the late Annabell and Charles Zoubek was Born at Columbia Presbyterian hospital in New York City in 1941. He was a lifetime Greenwich resident. He attended Greenwich high school And graduated from Admiral Farragut Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida. He attended Rocky Mountain College in Montana and Ryder college in New Jersey. Lee, was employed at Pitney Bowes Company for over 20 years.
He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed sailing.
He is survived by wife Of 49 years, Marijke Zoubek, older brother Charles Zoubek,
Sister Roxanne Zoubek Lawless. He was predeceased by younger brother Martin.
Due to Covid restrictions there will be a very small private memorial family gathering.
