Roberta Jean (Webb) Maiorano passed away on April 16, 2023 at her home. Roberta was a long time resident of Greenwich, CT and Port-Chester, NY. She was born on January 2, 1962, to her wonderfully loving mother, the late Barbara Webb, and was additionally influenced in her childhood by her Grandmother, the late Viola Horton. She was also blessed with her two sisters Michelle Ruiz and Rebecca Webb whose love and support she counted on throughout her life, however sadly also predeceased her. She is survived by her son Matt Maiorano, as well as her niece Sabrina Cruz, and nephews Trey Ruiz and Jason Ruiz, as well as their families, who will all miss her greatly.


Roberta graduated from Port Chester High School in 1980. She worked at Waldbaums in Port Chester from 1978-1984, always having fond memories of the time and making lifelong friends. In 1986 she began a 35 plus year career at furniture wholesaler Decorative Crafts in Greenwich, initially starting in customer service but eventually proud to develop into a jack of all trades who was very happy to do anything and everything needed around the office.


Roberta was admired for her generous spirit, as well as the ability to make pleasant conversation with anyone she came across, even complete strangers. She immensely enjoyed traveling and tourism whenever she could, being especially fond of her trips to Italy and Disney. She also enjoyed going shopping, and home crafts such as scrapbooking and creating items like crocheted blankets and other decorations, but her main passion was always the time spent with her family and friends.


Friends may gather for remembrance at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Road #3, Greenwich, CT from 5pm to 8pm on Monday 24 April.
